Verdion’s 6 million sq ft (557,000 sq m) multi-modal logistics scheme in Doncaster is now a multi-award winner having picked up three further industry awards in the last month.

The Strategic Rail Freight Interchange was awarded Best Overall Scheme – Logistics Park at the Industrial Agents Society Awards 2017 on the 28th September. On the same day, iPort also picked up two further trophies at the Yorkshire Insider Property Industry Awards, being awarded Development of the Year as well as Commercial Property Deal of the Year for the letting of 1.3 million s ft of logistics space to international retailer Amazon.

These awards follow the Game Changer Award 2017 honored to Verdion at the Yorkshire Property Awards in May for its work on the iPort scheme. The Game Changer award recognises projects or deals which have had a material effect on the surrounding environment or on the market.
