Verdion hosted an agents’ event on Ladies Day at Doncaster’s famous St Leger’s Stake to celebrate the start of iPort, its £400 million Inland Port project in Rossington near Doncaster.

The good and the great of the industrial real estate agency world attended from across the country, visiting the iPort site before being whisked away to soak up the atmosphere on the busiest day of the St Leger, the oldest of Britain’s five Classic Races held at Doncaster Race Track.

The event was supported by iPort’s letting agents Gent Visick, Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.

John Clements, Verdion’s European Development Director, commented: “What a great day. We were able to take our guests a fair way onto site just off Junction 3 of the M18 due to the great progress being made on the FARRRS road and then treat them to a spectacular day out at the races.”
