Doncaster Sheffield International Airport is connected to the iPort the Great Yorkshire Way, and is just 3 miles away from the site. The airport’s main runway is 2,900 m long and 60 m wide, and can accommodate the largest passenger and freight aircraft currently in service.
The airport currently handles approximately 40,000 tonnes of air freight per annum, which was due to significantly increase the volume of freight handled following the completion of the Great Yorkshire Way in 2015.
