Build to suit opportunities are available from 50,000 sq ft to 1.2 million sq ft with eaves heights up to 30m and options for single sided loading, cross dock loading or a bespoke, fully-automated high bay facility.

Planning consent is in place for 24/7 unrestricted operations and sites are ready for development, with services and infrastructure already in place.

Completed units are also available. One 190,000 sq ft unit is available immediately and two further units of 120,000 sq ft and 60,000 sq ft will be available from Q3 2018.

Because the iPort Rail terminal is part of iPort, occupiers can access iPort Rail directly using their own vehicles on the estate’s private land.
